Drug suspect yields P1M shabu, marijuana, gun

Police seized P1 million in suspected shabu during a follow-up operation on a drug suspect in Pasay City Wednesday night.
Members of the Southern Police District reportedly arrested Jonathan Roxas, alias “Atan”, 31, along F.B. Harrison Street in Barangay 70, Pasay.

Records showed that Roxas, of Maginhawa Street, Barangay 14, had also been arrested for drug-related charges.

Aside from shabu, police also found two small sachets of dried marijuana leaves worth P3,000, and a 9mm pistol on the suspect.
He will face charges for violating R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and R.A. 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. /cbb
