DID YOU KNOW: 5,441 buses involved in NCR crashes in 8 months

According to the latest road crash statistics report of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, there were 5,441 buses involved in road crashes in the National Capital Region from January to August 2018.

Of the total, 11 incidents resulted in deaths, 349 caused nonfatal injuries while 5,081 resulted in damage to property. —Marielle Median, Inquirer Research
