Ateneo graduate tops 2018 Psychology board exam

A graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University – Quezon City topped the recently held licensure exam for psychologists, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

The PRC said Tracey Dela Cruz led the 4,035 board passers of the October 2018 Psychometrician Licensure Examination

Dela Cruz obtained a percentage rating of 83.00. Dela Cruz was followed by fellow Ateneo graduate Jemima Alvaro Tan with percentage score of 82.00

Meanwhile, Grazianne-Geneve Mendoza, a graduate of the University of the Philippines – Diliman, placed third after getting a percentage score of 81.80

Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City was also hailed as the top performing school with 53 of its 58 examinees passing the licensure exam. Following at second spot was the University of Santo Tomas with 169 of its 192 board takers having passed the exam.

The results were released six workings days after the last day of the examination.

The examination was administered by the PRC Board of Psychology and its members in the cities of Manila, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.  /muf
