P3.4M ‘shabu’ seized in Pasay City

Authorities have confiscated P3.4-million worth of “shabu” in a buy-bust operation in Pasay City.

Four suspects yielded the illegal drugs in the operation launched Monday by the Pasay City Police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Pasay Boulevard, Barangay 128, a report from the Southern Police District said on Tuesday.

Police identified the suspects as John Michael Laureta, Mark Xander Laureta, Bryan Villabriga, and Aldrin Alba.

Police said the illegal drugs estimated to weigh 500 grams were packed in five plastic sachets. Also confiscated from the suspects is cash worth P700,000.
