PNP to probe alleged oral sex punishment in police academy
Director General Oscar Albayalde has ordered an investigation into reports that three cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) forced two male plebes to perform oral sex as punishment for disobeying orders.
Reports allege that an upper-class cadet forced two first-year students to engage in the sex act while two other cadets watched.
“I will have it investigated by our DIDM (Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management). Mananagot ‘yung mga responsable diyan (Those responsible will be sanctioned),” he told reporters.
The PNPA is already investigating the incident which allegedly happened on October 6, according to a report from dzMM.
Albayalde said the PNP would sanction the cadets if investigators find the reports to be true.
“I can assure you na maliban sa criminal case nila ay magkakaroon pa sila ng administrative charges that will lead to their dismissal” from the academy, he said.
