Bobby Pacquiao, brother of Senator Manny Pacquiao, is eyeing a House seat as he filed his certification of nomination for party-list representative in the 2019 polls.

Senator Pacquiao accompanied Bobby to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) main office on Tuesday.

The OFW Family party, of which Bobby is the first nominee, filed its certificate of nomination with the corresponding certificates of acceptance of nomination at the Comelec.

As first nominee, Bobby gets to have a seat at the House of Representatives if his party obtains the required number of votes.

Like his brother, Bobby also had a boxing stint before venturing into politics. /muf
