The Social Weather Stations (SWS) has warned the public against a malicious survey on Vice President Leni Robredo’s state of mental health.

In a statement posted on its website on Wednesday, SWS branded as “fake news” the article published in the website Daily Readers claiming that 45 percent of Filipinos believe that Robredo has a mental problem.

“The public is hereby informed that SWS has not conducted any survey related to the state of mental health of any public official or person,” SWS said in a statement.

“SWS strongly condemns the spread of misinformation with malicious intent,” it added.  /muf
