Classes suspended due to bad weather

Classes in and around Metro Manila were declared suspended on Monday due to bad weather, local authorities said.

The mayors and local disaster risk reduction management councils of the following cities declared the suspension of classes in both public and private schools.

The weather bureau has issued a yellow warning rainfall alert over parts of Metro Manila including the province of Bataan.

Yellow rainfall warning alert means flooding is possible in low-lying areas and that heavy rain is expected within the next three hours. /cbb
