MANILA, Philippines — Classes were suspended in some areas of Luzon on Tuesday, July 29, due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat.

Below is the list of cities and municipalities that have suspended classes:

Region 1

• Dagupan City (all levels, public and private)
• Agoo, La Union (Preschool to senior high school, public and private)
• Caba, La Union (All levels, public and private)
• San Fernando, La Union (Kindergarten to senior high school, public and private)
• Aguilar, Pangasinan (In-person classes of all levels, public and private)
• Bolinao, Pangasinan (All levels, public and private)

Central Luzon

• Masantol, Pampanga (All levels, public and private)

Cordillera Administrative Region

• Benguet (In-person classes of all levels, public and private)
• Peñarrubia, Abra (All levels, public and private)
