Pope Francis asked to pray for orphans of PH war on drugs
The country’s religious leaders have asked Pope Francis to pray for the widows and orphans of the Duterte administration’s bloody war on drugs and for an end to the violence in the Philippines, Senator Bam Aquino said.
Aquino had a private audience with the Pope at the Vatican, where he served as the Philippines’ representative to the ninth annual meeting of the International Catholic Legislators Network.
