Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque on Wednesday advised ill-wishers of President Rodrigo Duterte to just hang themselves following speculations that the Chief Executive was comatose.

“Ang suhestyon ko sa kanila, magbigti na lang po silang lahat, dahil hindi po mangyayari iyong gusto nila,” Roque said in a dzRH radio interview.

Speculations surfaced on social media on Sunday after exiled communist leader Jose Maria “Joma” Sison cited “the latest report,” which he did not identify, that said Duterte was comatose.

Duterte later dispelled speculations that he was comatose when he appeared on a Facebook live on Monday night and attended the meeting of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines in Cebu City on Tuesday.
