The second most wanted suspect in Taguig City who was facing murder charges was captured by the police Tuesday night.

Police on Wednesday said Jay-ar Iquiran Jocson, 24, was arrested after they received information from a tipster that he was residing at San Lorenzo South Subdivision in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Jocson was allegedly involved in the murder of a certain Marvie Repala, who was gunned to death in May 2017.

Police said the incident was captured by a CCTV camera at the crime scene and witness Eric Ramos positively identified the suspect, which caused a warrant of arrest to be issued against him in April 2017.

Relatives of the murder victim also identified the suspect, who was turned over to Taguig City, according to authorities. /je
