LUCENA CITY – A laborer was tied-up and then shot dead by four still unidentified men in  Gumaca, Quezon Friday night.

A report from the Quezon provincial police headquarters said the four armed suspects barged inside the house of Julianito Javier Jr., 41, in Barangay (village) Camohaguin at around 6:30 p.m.

Quoting witnesses, police said one of the suspects then tied the Javier’s hands while reminding him how he had beat up the suspect in the past.
