Enjoying a heavy downpour proved to be fatal to a man who was shot and killed while he was standing on the street on Saturday afternoon in Quezon City, according to a police report. Police Officer 3 Gregorio Maramag of the Quezon City Police District’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit identified the victim as Luis Reyes, 29, a resident of San Pablo Street in Novaliches, Quezon City.
