MANILA, Philippines--Oil firms raised their prices this weekend--the 18th time this year, this time by P2 a liter for diesel and kerosene and P1 a liter for gasoline. Eastern Petroleum Corp raised its prices at 12:01 a.m. Saturday.
Seaoil Philippines Inc. is set to follow at 6 a.m.
Eastern likewise hiked the price of its auto LPG by P1 a liter.
The energy department said Pilipinas Shell also raised its prices by P2 per liter for diesel and kerosene, P1 for gasoline, and P1.50 per kilo for LPG.
