MANILA, Philippines? Illegal settlers have occupied the sidewalk on Banaue Avenue corner G. Roxas Street in Manresa, Quezon City. The MMDA must remove the illegal structures here so pedestrians can use the sidewalk again.
Joel, 42, Quezon City

Follow-up to complaint about pedicabs
This is a follow-up of the complaint about pedicabs taking over Taft Avenue in Manila. Not only do they block sidewalks, they ignore traffic rules which can cause accident and yet they are not apprehended by traffic officers.
Roderick de Roxas, 42, Manila

Vendors leave trash on street
Illegal vendors have again taken over Dangay Street beside Muñoz Market in Project 7, leaving trash behind and causing traffic, thus inconveniencing a lot of residents.
RM, 40, Quezon City

Slow road work
Very slow road construction here on K-9th Street in Kamias, Quezon City. When will the project be completed? It?s been four months already.
Mhyra L. Dacuya, 24, Quezon City

No room for pedestrians at overpass
ATTENTION, MMDA. People cannot use the Don Antonio Commonwealth overpass because of illegal peddlers occupying the structure.
Chiz, 46, Quezon City

Traffic light not working
Wala na pong nakaduty na mga pulis sa mga oras na ?yun (Attention, people who are responsible for maintaining the traffic light at the intersection of Old Sta. Mesa and V. Mapa Streets in front of Unciano Hospital. The light hasn?t been working since Tropical Storm ?Ondoy? hit Metro Manila, making it hard to cross the street and resulting in heavy traffic especially at night. There are no policemen assigned to oversee traffic in the area at night).
Marc, 31, Sta. Mesa

Truck drivers ignore ban
Why isn?t the truck ban being implemented on Ortigas Avenue extension in Pasig City?. Most of the truck drivers recklessly swerve from one lane to another, unmindful of other cars.
Lourdes, 46, Pasig City

Pothole-riddled road
Puro lubak sa Kamagong at South Superhighway. Nasaan ang pera na nakolekta sa road users? tax (Kamagong and South Superhighway are full of potholes. Where did the road users? tax go)?
Anna dela Cruz, 60, Makati City

Unnecessary detour
WHY do motorists arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport have to go all the way to Resort World of Mega World just to make a U-turn to go to Edsa? It?s obvious that motorists are being forced to pass through the area. There is no logic for making them take that excessive detour.
Lena Golim, 52, Quezon City

Leave Commonwealth Avenue alone
I?M concerned about the U-turns on Commonwealth Avenue because they are taking up too much space, causing heavy traffic. We prefer Commonwealth Avenue as the old wide road it is.
John Roque, 20, Quezon City

Vendors block pedestrian crossing
Vendors have taken over the sidewalks in Novaliches Bayan. There are even carts or bilao blocking the pedestrian crossing.
Christina C. Acosta, 32, Caloocan City

Illegal structures block sidewalk
On masaya Street in UP Village, Quezon City, the sidewalks are full of illegal structures while the outer lanes are filled with junk and parked vehicles.
John Gorres, 25, UP Bliss, Quezon City

Road repair needed
M. Rodriguez Street in La Huerta, Parañaque City, which was dug up by Maynilad a year ago has yet to be restored.
Glenn Santos, 46, Parañaque City

Resident fears drug addicts, criminals
ATTENTION, barangay officials and Parañaque police, please do something about the drug addicts and criminals here on Sitio Maligaya Street.
Vener, 28, Parañaque City

Traffic light needed at intersection
The intersection of Paz and Apacible Streets in Paco urgently needs a traffic light considering that traffic in the area is four-way. During rush hour, the heavy traffic can incite road rage.
Gleo Guerra, 41, Pandacan

Driving in the dark
Attention, LTO and LTFRB: 75 percent of passenger jeepneys plying the Alabang-Zapote Road don?t use their headlights at night. Are headlights for decorative purposes only?
Jing, 61, Talon 1, Las Piñas City

Quiet, please
What government agency is in charge of regulating the noise created by buses blowing their horns in waiting areas, like in the corner of Naia Road and Roxas Boulevard? The human ears can only withstand 20 decibels while the noise these buses are creating, not to include their engine noise, measure about 30 decibels or more. Multiply that by about 10 buses and we now have a generation of deaf commuters.
Dahl Tacderan, 41, Cavite

Inconsiderate PUV drivers
Why do the drivers of buses, taxi cabs and jeeps behave as if it?s their birthright to drop off or pick up passengers just about anywhere and hold up traffic while changing lanes?
Gidwani, 56, NCR

Heavy traffic on Alabang-Zapote Road
Wala na ba talagang magagawa sa traffic dito sa Alabang-Zapote Road (Is there nothing that can be done about the traffic here on Alabang-Zapote Road)? Mayor Aguilar, please do something about the heavy traffic in Las Piñas due to the narrow road.
Paola, 24, Las Piñas
