MANILA, Philippines—After Australia, it’s Britain’s turn to warn its citizens against traveling to Mindanao because of the clashes between government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front forces.
The United Kingdom Foreign Commonwealth Office, on its website, said, “We advise against all travel to mainland Mindanao and the Sulu archipelago because of ongoing terrorist and insurgent activity.”
