Villar supporter presents Aquino’s ‘psychiatric report’

MANILA, Philippines?An alleged psychiatric evaluation of Senator Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III taken when he was 19 years old showed he suffered from depression and melancholia.

The supposed psychiatric report signed by Jaime Bulatao, SJ was presented during a press conference held by former National Power Corporation president Guido Delgado in a restaurant in Quezon City Tuesday morning.

Delgado said he is a volunteer for presidential candidate Senator Manny Villar.

He also said the report was sent by an unidentified person to Villar's volunteer center located at the Star Mall in Mandaluyong City.
