Guest candidates can appear in UNA sorties—Quimbo

MANILA, Philippines–Can guest candidates Francis Escudero, Grace Poe and Loren Legarda appear at United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) campaign sorties?
Marikina Representative Miro Quimbo, Team PNoy Spokesman, said they did not impose any restrictions on the three candidates.
“That is their individual decision. They have a happy problem because they are fortunate enough to be adopted by UNA,” Quimbo said Monday at a press conference at Liberal Party Headquarters in Cubao.
“Ang pinapakiusap lang namin ay sana sa Team PNoy sila palagi (What we are requesting and hoping is that they will be with Team PNoy always) ,” Quimbo said, but pointed that there is no party measure that can be imposed against the three.
Quimbo’s statement came a few days after UNA hinted that the three candidates risk losing support if they will continue to campaign with Team PNoy.
