Valenzuela LGU monitors 15 areas that remain flooded

Several areas in Valenzuela remain submerged in floodwater due to continuous rain brought about by “habagat,” its local government said.

The Valenzuela City government monitored on Friday at least 15 areas that are still submerged in water but are passable to all types of vehicles as of 3 p.m.
