Aguirre says Napoles now ready ‘to tell all’
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II on Tuesday said alleged pork barrel mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles was now ready “to tell all” her knowledge about the P10-billion Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scam.
Aguirre issued the statement after he was asked what prompted the Department of Justice (DOJ) to place Napoles under provisional coverage of the government’s Witness Protection Program (WPP).
“Janet Napoles, through her relatives and through her lawyer approached the Department of Justice saying that Janet Napoles is now ready to tell all, to tell everything what she knows about the PDAF scam,” Aguirre said in a Palace briefing.
