2-seater plane crashes in Pangasinan
DAGUPAN CITY—A two-seater airplane on Tuesday (Mar. 13) crashed on a corn field as it was about to take off in Binalonan town in Pangasinan province, police said.
Its pilot, Capt. Bruce Sinaking, and a student pilot, Marcus Lim, were injured and were taken to a hospital in Urdaneta City, according to Chief Insp. Lovell Dalisay, Binalonan police chief.
The Cessna 152 caught fire as it prepared to take off about 7 a.m.

The plane was heavily damaged, Dalisay said,
The Civilian Aviation Authority of the Philippines is now investigating the incident.
