Woman stabbed dead in Quezon hotel room
LUCENA CITY – An unidentified woman was repeatedly stabbed to death inside a hotel room in the city proper here before midnight Monday, police said.
A report from the Lucena City police indicated that Manuel Pojado and the woman checked-in at the Anahaw Hotel around 11:25 p.m.
“Apparently, there was disagreement on the service fee that enraged the suspect,” said PO3 Reynaldo Dizon, case investigator.
Dizon also said that Pojado, still holding a knife, slid on the stairs and tried to flee, but was arrested by the hotel security guard.
Dizon said that the victim’s stab wounds were “all fatal.”
“It indicates that the suspect was really furious,” he added.
