2 domestic flights canceled due to bad weather

Two domestic flights between Manila and Butuan City in Agusan del Norte were canceled on Wednesday morning due to inclement weather prevailing in the province.

The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) said the cancelled flights were the following:

  • 5J Cebu Pacific Air 785 Manila-Butuan
  • 5J Cebu Pacific Air 786 Butuan-Manila

The weather agency earlier said parts of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Wednesday due to the trough of a low pressure area (LPA), which is still outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
