Senate suspends work for 2nd day over strike

The Senate also suspended work on Tuesday, following Malacañang’s suspension of classes at all levels and work in government offices due to the second day of nationwide transport strike.

Officer-in-charge Senator Gregorio Honasan confirmed this through the Senate’s official social media accounts, late Monday.

Prior to this, the Supreme Court has also suspended work in all courts nationwide due to possible accessibility concerns brought about by the transport strike.
