Glory awards nomination extended
The University of the Philippines College of Mass Communications Alumni Association (UPCMCAA) extended the period of nominations for the first “Glory Awards” until noon of Sept. 30.
The winners of the “Glorys,” named after CMC’s first dean, Dr. Gloria Feliciano, will be selected by a jury of experts and awarded on Nov. 11 during the annual UP Masscom homecoming.
Nominations may be submitted online via [email protected] or delivered to the UPCMCAA office through Ms. Kat Ramos at the College of Mass Communication in UP Diliman.
The first-ever Glory Awards will recognize 10 new outstanding alumni achievers in various fields of communications.
“We are inviting entries especially from alumni who have remained under the radar despite their impressive portfolios,” said Glory Awards committee chair Prof. Grace Javier-Alfonso.
