Iligan broadcaster bares ambush attempt
ILIGAN CITY — A broadcast journalist from Ozamiz City claimed he survived an ambush by unidentified suspects as he was reporting for work around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Cosmi Maestrado, 42, told reporters he was driving his motorcycle on his way to Radio dxOC when his attackers on board three motorcycles fired at him.
He said he managed to fire back.

Maestrado is host of the commentary program “Ratsada,” which is being aired daily from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.
