Fetus found in Quezon City
A fetus was found on a narrow street in Barangay (village) Culiat, Quezon City before dawn Saturday.
Police Officer 1 Ronald Lanaria of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said the human fetus, was found around 4:30 a.m. He said the fetus was estimated to be around eight to nine months old.

Tomas Mercado, a resident of Culiat, said he saw the fetus near their house when he was on his way to the market. Mercado said he was unaware who left the dead fetus in their vicinity.
Lanaria said the mother of the fetus was still unidentified. The unclaimed fetus would be turned over to the Quezon City government for proper burial, he added. NC/IDL
