Dead man found under Subic bridge

SUBIC, Zambales — An unidentified man, believed to be a victim of summary execution, was found dead under a bridge here on Monday morning (March 6).
The victim’s body was discovered by residents of Barangay (village) Cawag in this town at about 8 a.m., said Chief Insp. Leonardo Madrid, commander of the Subic police station.

Police believe the dead man to be between 40 and 45 years old. He had no shirt but was wearing a pair of denim jeans. His chest bore tattoos. He was 5 feet and 7 inches tall.
Crime scene investigators said the the man’s feet were tied with a piece of cloth while a cable wire was tied around his neck. SFM
