Tricycle driver shot dead by lone gunman in Digos

DIGOS CITY – A still unidentified man shot dead a tricycle driver here past 8 p.m. Thursday.

An initial police report identified the victim as Regie Juarez alias Long Hair of Sambas Subd.

Juarez was taking a short break from playing billiards at a billiard hall inside the Old Bus Terminal near the public market here when the lone gunman arrived and without any word, shot him several times.

Scene of the Crime Operatives said the victim was hit thrice on the head and body.

The police said they have been investigating the murder.  SFM
