Stray bullet hits man in Nueva Vizcaya on Christmas Eve

CAMP ADDURU, Tuguegarao City—A 47-year-old man was struck by a stray bullet shortly before 12 midnight on Saturday, Christmas Eve, in Nueva Vizcaya province.

Roger Iglesia, 47, was in a family gathering in Barangay (village) Tucanon in Aritao town when shots rang out.

The family members noticed Iglesia slumped in his chair with a bullet wound in the neck and was rushed to a hospital for treatment, according to the Cagayan regional police. RAM
