Foundation celebrates PWD month
IN commemoration of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) month, the Mariquita Salimbangon Yeung (MSY) Charitable Foundation Inc., together with MSY Holdings Corp., conducted a medical-dental mission at St. Martin de Porres Special School in Tres de Abril, Labangon, Cebu City, last Oct. 7.
Staff of MSY and their families and friends joined the activity. Volunteer doctors headed by Dr. Weng Lucero, Dr. Debbie Limchiu and Dr. Tina Jordana rendered free services.
The activity was also in cooperation with the Department of Health, Provincial Health Office, Jollibee and the Visayas Surety and Insurance employees.
The mentally challenged individuals from St. Martin benefited from the program. They feasted on goodies and gifts from the October birthday celebrants from MSY Holdings.
