CITY OF ILAGAN—A suspected drug dealer was caught on Thursday with suspected “shabu” worth P100,000 when the police served him an arrest warrant in Isabela’s Ramon town.

Ryan Mansaya was in possession of 12 sachets of suspected shabu, which were allegedly concealed in his bedroom, said Senior Insp. Marcelino Telan Jr., Ramon deputy police chief. Mansaya’s girlfriend, whose name was kept from the media, was also held for questioning.

Mansaya had earlier surrendered to the police who were enforcing Oplan Tokhang, and had promised to change his ways.
