SENATE Majority Floor Leader Vicente Sotto III will be INQ&A’s guest in tonight’s hour-long discussion on the prospects of the Duterte administration-proposed legislation and the new Senate’s political dynamics.

INQ&A, broadcast live every Tuesday at 8 to 9 p.m. via Radyo Inquirer 990AM, INQ 990 Television (Digital Terrestrial Television) and INQUIRER.net’s Facebook and Youtube accounts, is a weekly talk show that aims to deliver insightful interviews with the country’s leading newsmakers.

It is hosted by INQUIRER.net editor in chief John Nery and chief of reporters Kristine Sabillo.

FEATURED STORIES

Sotto, who was again elected majority floor leader, is expected to talk about priority measures under the Duterte administration such as the reimposition of the death penalty and the curbing of contractualization.

Sotto, who supported Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III as Senate president, will also talk about the dynamics in the new Congress that has several first-time senators.

Inquirer 990 TV can be viewed through ABS-CBN’s TV Plus, RCA and Godan digital TV boxes.

It will be the third run of INQ&A, which featured Senators Joel Villanueva and Leila de Lima in its first two episodes.
