Northeast monsoon brings Baguio City its coldest morning for 2016

Baguio City experienced its coldest morning on Tuesday since the start of the northeast monsoon or hanging amihan in October, the state weather bureau said.

Glaiza Escullar of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that the temperature in Baguio dropped to 10.8 degrees at 5 a.m.

On Monday, the lowest temperature in Baguio City was at 11.5 degrees Celsius at 6 a.m.
