SUPPORTERS wearing red t-shirts with hashtag “Miriam2016” printed at the back dominated the crowd at the greet and meet of Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago held at the University of the Philippine’s Bahay ng Alumni in Diliman, Quezon City on Monday.

Another hashtag: “Miriamfight” was printed in front of the supporters’ shirts, in an apparent show of support for Santiago’s presidential bid in 2016.

Several posters and banners bearing the words “Miriam 2016″ were also posted around the venue.
