Flood seen to hit 10 Pangasinan towns; local execs start evacuation

FLOOD may hit 10 towns in Pangasinan anytime Monday night as the water level in the Agno River Basin has been rising since late afternoon, the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council said.

NDRRMC Executive Director Alexander Pama said residents in San Manuel, San Nicolas, Tayug, Sta. Maria, Asingan, Villasis, Alcala, Bautista, Rosales and Bayambang are advised to prepare to evacuate.

He said local officials were told to start preemptive evacuation.
