IN PHOTOS: Heavy rains flood parts of Metro Manila
Torrential rains Tuesday night flooded many parts of Metro Manila leaving hundreds of commuters stranded.
According to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) project NOAH, torrential rains were recorded across Metro Manila.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued thunderstorm warnings in the evening for Metro Manila and several surrounding areas.
