/ 07:51 AM October 05, 2011

SUPT. Jason Lawas Capoy was named  the new officer in charge of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) in Mandaue City.

Capoy replaced Insp. Diosdado Malazarte, who was ordered relieved by Chief Supt. Marcelo Garbo, chief of the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7).

Garbo was upset when he found the SWAT office at the Park Mall empty and messy during a surprise visit last Monday.
