14-year-old student killed after being pinned, dragged by bus
MANILA, Philippines―A 14-year-old student was killed after being hit and ran over by a passenger bus, a radio report said on Sunday afternoon.
According to a report by radio dzBB, the student was on her way to school for a school activity when a Safeway bus with plate number TXP 845 bound for Baclaran hit and pinned her at the corner of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) and East Avenue in Quezon City.
The bus dragged the girl for several meters, the report added.

Witnesses said that the girl was having second thoughts as she was about to cross the busy intersection when the bus hit her.
