Ang Ladlad, 38 other party-list groups delisted
MANILA, Philippines—The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has delisted 39 party-list organizations for failure to obtain at least two percent of the votes cast for the party-list system.
In Resolution No. 9932, promulgated on Feb. 12, 2015, the Comelec also cancelled their registrations.
