Cop linked to Edsa robbery-abduction surrenders
MANILA, Philippines — One of the policemen linked to the robbery-abduction on Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa) surrendered to authorities early Wednesday to deny his involvement.
In a live radio and television interview at Camp Karingal in Quezon City, Police Senior Inspector Allan Emlano of the Caloocan City Police denied that he was among 10 policemen implicated in the incident in Mandaluyong City on September 1.
Emlano surrendered to officers of the Quezon City Police district to clear his name.
