MANILA, Philippines—A neophyte member of Tau Gamma Fraternity on Thursday revealed that aside from hazing, part of their initiation was to deliver drugs and women to senior members of the fraternity.

During the clarificatory hearing on the case filed against Tau Gamma members over the death of College of St. Benilde student Guillo Cesar Servando, a minor neophyte said that at one point, he delivered drugs to one of the hazing suspects, Steven Jorge Penaño.

Peñano already denied the allegation in his counter-affidavit, saying he was not present during the initiation rites where Servando was killed because he was with his girlfriend and several other friends. He also submitted photos as proof.

He said they never saw the initiation of the other neophytes even if they were also in the same garage at the house in Makati.

The initiation, he said was a few meters away from them and there was a divider so that they could not see what was happening to their fellow neophyte.
