2 badly hurt by hit-and-run bus driver in Quezon City
MANILA, Philippines–Two persons were severely injured after a bus hit a motorcycle on the eastbound lane of Quezon Avenue in Quezon City early Thursday.
Leila Marcelo, of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), told INQUIRER.net over the phone that an EPJ Transport bus with still unidentified route hit the motorcycle in front of St. Peter Memorial Chapel and then sped away.
Marcelo said that according to the report they had received, the accident happened at 5:41 a.m.
Rico Enciso and his unidentified companion were rushed to the East Avenue Medical Center in Quezon City for treatment.
