MANILA, Philippines—Justice Secretary Leila De Lima will leave for Leyte Thursday afternoon to also provide assistance to survivors of monster typhoon “Yolanda.”

De Lima said part of her reason in going to Leyte is to check on the officials and employees of the Department of Justice in Leyte.
