PhilHealth Dumaguete gets client satisfaction award
THE Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) Dumaguete branch was recently awarded the Anti-Red Tape Act (Arta) Customer Satisfaction Center Seal of Excellence for 2012.
In an awarding ceremony held at the social hall of the Cebu Provincial Capitol, Civil Service Commission Central Visayas (CSC-7) assistant director Editha Luzano, director Karin Litz Zerna and commissioner Nieves Osorio awarded the plaque of recognition and cash prize to PhilHealth Dumaguete chief Marites Que.
Earlier, the CSC conducted a survey to rate the performance of PhilHealth Dumaguete branch.
The CSC found out that PhilHealth personnel interviewed clients using an Arta report card to ensure that all questions were answered and vague answers clarified instead of just having clients fill out a survey form.
The survey results for PhilHealth Dumaguete showed an overall client satisfaction of 85 percent. Clients gave an 89.46 percent rating on the quality of service they received and an 87.89 percent rating for the frontliners.
PhilHealth Dumaguete received a 91.39 percent rating for its Citizen’s Charter posted in the office premises, the putting up of anti-fixing materials or collaterals, its “No Noon Break” signage.
