Panic-buying on Wednesday night as ‘Yolanda’ nears PH

MANILA, Philippines—Groceries became jam-packed on Wednesday night as supertyphoon “Yolanda” nears the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

“Yolanda” is expected to make a landfall over Samar-Leyte on Friday.
