Booths for Dumaguete’s Buglasan fest now available

COMMERCIAL booths are now open for rent for the upcoming Buglasan Festival at the Capitol Area and at the Sidlakang Negros Village (SNV) in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

This was announced by the Negros Oriental Tourism Council for interested concessionaires for the festival on Oct. 11-20.

The festival will kick off on Oct. 11 with a city-wide parade to start at 2 p.m. at the Quezon Park grounds.

There are 64 participating contingents from television networks with their artists, local government units, schools, civic clubs, commercial businesses, including 21 bands. A eucharistic celebration will be held at 5 p.m.

Gov. Roel Degamo will officially open the festival at the Capitol and at the SNV on Oct. 12 at 6 p.m.

Interested concessionaires may visit the Provincial Treasurer’s Office.
