Retirees to hold Q2 assembly

THE Central Visayas Association for Volunteer Efforts (CVAVE), a group of retirees and senior citizens, will hold its second quarter assembly on June 4 at the Plaza Sugbo in Cebu City.

Topics include updates on benefits and policies of SSS, GSIS and PhilHealth, demonstration on charcoal making using used papers and election of officers.

CVAVE president Martiniana Mercado invites all retirees from the government and private sector as well as senior citizens to attend.

Registration fee is P200, inclusive of snacks and meals.
