Jewelry stolen in burglary

ASSORTED jewelry worth at least P90,000 were stolen from an apartment which was burgled in barangay Banilad, Mandaue City.

Maria Riza Ubas Sayago, 34, said she was in a vacation in Malaysia when her apartment was burgled.

Sayago said the door of the apartment was already destroyed when she arrived home last Wednesday.

The victim later discovered that her jewelry kept in her room were missing. Stolen were a necklace worth P20,000, two bracelets worth P20,000, an anklet worth P15,000, three rings worth P15, 000, a pair of earrings worth P20,000, and a wristwatch worth P9,000.

A Blackberry cellphone worth P9,000 was also stolen./CNU INTERN NICE ANN TELERON
